DAMAGED ITEM - Please let us know IMMEDIATELY (within 48 hours of delivery) if an item is damaged when you receive it, and SAVE THE DAMAGED ITEM AND THE PACKAGING so that you can show the shipper the damage and start an insurance claim for us. We will work with you on this. Once we receive an insurance claim number from you, we will replace the item, if possible; tell you possible substitutes; or refund your money.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND - You will have 48 hours after confirmed delivery to request an exchange or refund if you are unhappy with an item. Email us immediately to obtain a return authorization number and make arrangements to ship the piece back to the artist, AT YOUR EXPENSE, insured for the full purchase price amount in the same manner it was shipped to you. Once the artist confirms that the piece has arrived safely and in good condition, we will exchange the item or a credit will be issued to your credit card. Should the returned piece arrive in damaged condition, a refund will NOT be issued.
